Shipping & Handling Order Processing: Standard orders ship within 10-14 business days.
Featured Monthly Craft Box do not ship until the 15th of it's month.
Subscription Boxes: Subscription boxes ship out the 15th of each month.
Shipping price: $9.95 - $14.95 per box
Shipping may take longer and cost more to remote locations, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns: Due to the customized nature of our business, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order we will make it right by replacing broken/ missing items or issuing a credit.
